1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Diverland Maldives (hereinafter "we" or "us") and the users of our website (hereinafter "customer" or "user") in the version valid at the time of use.
2. Contracting party
The contract is concluded between the customer and Diverland Malediven LTD, Embudu Village, Red. of Maldives, represented by Wolfgang Brak and Janosc Gehriger.
3. Services
Diverland Maldives offers diving and leisure activities in the Maldives. Detailed descriptions of services, prices, and availability can be found on our website.
4. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the booking of a service via our website. The contract becomes legally binding upon our booking confirmation via email.
5. Prices and payment terms
All prices on the website are quoted in euros and include VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation. Payments can be made via PayPal and Sofort Überweisung.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
a) The customer can cancel his booking free of charge within 14 days of the booked date.
b) If you cancel less than 14 days before the booked date, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount.
c) In case of non-attendance of the booked service without prior cancellation, the entire amount is due.
d) Diverland Maldives reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseeable events (e.g., extreme weather conditions). In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and will receive a refund or alternative service.
7. Liability
a) Diverland Maldives is not liable for damages caused by unforeseeable events or force majeure.
b) Participation in diving activities is at the customer's own risk. The customer declares that he or she meets the medical requirements for participation in diving activities and is obligated to take out appropriate insurance.
c) Diverland Maldives is not liable for lost or damaged equipment unless the damage was caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Diverland Maldives.
8. Insurance
The customer is required to take out valid travel and diving insurance that covers all risks associated with the booked activities. Diverland Maldives assumes no liability for the customer's insurance.
9. Data protection
The protection of our customers' personal data is very important to us. Our privacy policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data, is available on our website. By using our website, the customer consents to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Copyright and rights of use
All content of the website, including text, images and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be used, copied or distributed without the express consent of Diverland Maldives.
