Vouchers already purchased

Anyone who has already purchased vouchers can redeem them as usual.

Even the 2:1 voucher you've already purchased will still be accepted. Despite the increased VAT, there will be no additional costs.

Website Registration To activate your account, click "Log in" in the header. Then click "New here? Register." Log in with your email address and enter a password of your choice. You will receive a code at your email address, which you must enter. After that, you are registered. Most of our guests should already be registered on the new website. The system connects you using your name and email address. Afterward, you can enter your name and address under the "Account Settings" menu item, if they are not already displayed. Under "Rewards," you can view your accumulated loyalty points. You will receive 10 loyalty points for registering. If you have stayed with us in recent years, you should have more points. The points, including new loyalty points, are valid for three years and expire automatically. If you are not yet seeing any points, please email us at: Customer.service@diverland.com. We will review this and add the points if necessary. This usually happens within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Introductory Scuba Diving or Learn to Dive We regularly offer introductory scuba diving courses. During the introductory course, you'll have the opportunity to gain your first experience in the water. The first lesson takes place in shallow water to put the skills learned in theory into practice. The course concludes with your first dive on our house reef. If you discover a love for diving and are interested in further opportunities, several options are available: Guided Dives: We are happy to offer you the opportunity to participate in guided dives if you don't have time for a course. For safety reasons, a maximum diving depth of 12 meters is permitted. Please discuss the next steps with your instructor after the introductory course. If you would like to dive again in the future, we recommend starting with the introductory course. Scuba Diver: This course offers you the opportunity to dive to a depth of 12 meters under the guidance of a diving instructor. The course includes a total of five practical lessons and three online theory modules. This is especially interesting for vacationers with only a short stay. This certification is internationally valid and has no expiration date. Open Water Diver: This course will qualify you to dive to a depth of 18 meters. The course includes a total of 9 practical lessons and 5 online theory modules. This certification has no time limit. The Open Water Diver is an internationally recognized diving certification that allows you and your dive buddy to dive worldwide. Further information can be found on the TRAINING page.

Course Schedule and Important Information Costs: After the introductory dive, you can choose whether to enroll in a diving certification course (Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver). Please note that the introductory dive course is considered the first part of the course, and you only pay for the certification itself. Practical Lessons: Course dives typically take place at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Group sizes are usually two participants, with a maximum of six people allowed. Due to the greater efficiency of smaller groups, courses can often be completed with fewer dives, as exercises from two practical sessions can be combined. Pre-booking for diving courses: If you're sure you want to take a diving course, we recommend booking it in advance through our online shop. Pre-booked courses can be activated for the theory portion immediately, allowing you to read all the theory before your trip. As an added bonus, you'll benefit from lower prices and start collecting loyalty points right away.

The Loyalty Program With the updated Diverland Loyalty Program, we now offer you even more benefits, and the process is much simpler. What remains the same You receive 10 loyalty points when you register on our website. You earn one loyalty point for every dollar you spend. Points expire automatically after three years. What has changed Prices in our online shop are lower than in-store. Loyalty points can now only be earned in the online shop and redeemed there. Discounts are no longer available in-store. Your benefits in the new program With 10 loyalty points, you become a Basic Member and receive a 2% discount on our dive packages. With 500 loyalty points, you become a Pearl Member and receive a 5% discount. With 1,000 loyalty points, you become a Silver Member and receive a 10% discount. With 1,500 loyalty points, you become a Gold Member and receive a 15% discount. With 3000 loyalty points, you become a Platinum member and benefit from a 40% discount. ...

Redeeming Loyalty Points Once you have your dive packages in the shopping cart, proceed through the order process step by step until you reach the "Complete Order" page. There, you can select your payment method. You can pay with various credit cards. These may only be displayed after you have confirmed free shipping (Windows users). On the right, you can redeem vouchers or your accumulated loyalty rewards. You can either enter a voucher for a discount promotion or your loyalty rewards. Both cannot be redeemed simultaneously. To redeem a loyalty reward, click the "Use Reward" button to apply the discount. The reduced price will then be displayed. If everything is correct, you can complete the order by making your payment. After the purchase, the system will automatically add and update the new loyalty points to your account. Here is an image.
