Frequently asked questions about the new website

Vouchers already purchased

Anyone who has already purchased vouchers can redeem them as usual.

Even the 2:1 voucher you've already purchased will still be accepted. Despite the increased VAT, there will be no additional costs.

Website Registration To activate your account, click "Log in" in the header. Then click "New here? Register." Log in with your email address and enter a password of your choice. You will receive a code at your email address, which you must enter. After that, you are registered. Most of our guests should already be registered on the new website. The system connects you using your name and email address. Afterward, you can enter your name and address under the "Account Settings" menu item, if they are not already displayed. Under "Rewards," you can view your accumulated loyalty points. You will receive 10 loyalty points for registering. If you have stayed with us in recent years, you should have more points. The points, including new loyalty points, are valid for three years and expire automatically. If you are not yet seeing any points, please email us at: Customer.service@diverland.com. We will review this and add the points if necessary. This usually happens within 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

The system will immediately send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your email. If you do not receive this automated reply, it is likely in your email program's spam folder. Please note that in this case, our personal reply will not only be in your inbox but also in your email program's spam folder. If you have not received an email, an error has likely occurred. Previously Purchased Vouchers You can still redeem any dive packages you have already purchased but not yet used, as usual. Even if there are any changes to the dive packages, your services will remain unchanged. You will receive the booked service as described by us.

The Loyalty Program With the updated Diverland Loyalty Program, we now offer you even more benefits, and the process is much simpler. What remains the same You receive 10 loyalty points when you register on our website. You earn one loyalty point for every dollar you spend. Points expire automatically after three years. What has changed Prices in our online shop are lower than in-store. Loyalty points can now only be earned in the online shop and redeemed there. Discounts are no longer available in-store. Your benefits in the new program With 10 loyalty points, you become a Basic Member and receive a 2% discount on our dive packages. With 500 loyalty points, you become a Pearl Member and receive a 5% discount. With 1,000 loyalty points, you become a Silver Member and receive a 10% discount. With 1,500 loyalty points, you become a Gold Member and receive a 15% discount. With 3000 loyalty points, you become a Platinum member and benefit from a 40% discount. ...

Redeeming Loyalty Points Once you have your dive packages in the shopping cart, proceed through the order process step by step until you reach the "Complete Order" page. There, you can select your payment method. You can pay with various credit cards. These may only be displayed after you have confirmed free shipping (Windows users). On the right, you can redeem vouchers or your accumulated loyalty rewards. You can either enter a voucher for a discount promotion or your loyalty rewards. Both cannot be redeemed simultaneously. To redeem a loyalty reward, click the "Use Reward" button to apply the discount. The reduced price will then be displayed. If everything is correct, you can complete the order by making your payment. After the purchase, the system will automatically add and update the new loyalty points to your account. Here is an image.
