Frequently asked questions about the new website
Vouchers already purchased
Anyone who has already purchased vouchers can redeem them as usual.
Even the 2:1 voucher you've already purchased will still be accepted. Despite the increased VAT, there will be no additional costs.

To activate your account, click on “Login” in the header.
Then click on “New here? Register”
Sign in with your email address and enter a password of your choice. You'll receive a code sent to your email address, which you'll need to enter. You'll then be logged in.
Most of our guests should already be registered on the new website. The system connects them based on their name and email address.
You can then enter your name and address under the “Account Settings” menu item, if they are not already displayed.
Under “Rewards” you can see the loyalty points you have already collected.
You will receive 10 loyalty points for registering.
If you have been with us in the last few years, you should have more points.
The points and the new loyalty points are valid for three years and expire automatically.
If you do not see any points yet, please send us an email to: Customer.service@diverland.com.
We will check this and add the points if necessary.
This usually happens within 48 hours. We ask for your understanding.
Vouchers already purchased
All diving packages that have already been purchased and have not yet been redeemed can be redeemed as usual.
Despite possible changes to the diving packages, nothing will change for you.
You will receive your booked service from us as described.
Transitional arrangement until 31.12.2025:
Dive Points accumulated from the old system up to December 31, 2025 will be taken into account until December 31, 2025.
This means that guests who still have $50 in Dive Points from their last diving vacation, for example, will also receive a $50 discount on-site. After that, the old Dive Points system will cease to apply.
From January 1, 2026, the old system will be shut down and there will be no more on-site reductions.
The loyalty program
With the updated Diverland loyalty program, we now offer you even more benefits and simplify the process.
What remains the same

When you register on our website you will receive 10 loyalty points.

For every dollar spent, you earn one loyalty point.

The points expire automatically after three years.
What has changed

The prices in our online shop are cheaper than in-store.

Loyalty points can only be collected in the online shop and can only be redeemed there when making a purchase.

There are no more discounts on site.
Your benefits in the new program

From 10 loyalty points you become a Basic Member and receive a 2% discount on our diving packages.

Once you have 500 loyalty points, you become a Pearl Member and receive a 5% discount.

Once you have 1000 loyalty points, you become a Silver Member and receive a 10% discount.

From 1500 loyalty points you become a Gold Member – you get 15% discount.

Once you have 3,000 loyalty points, you become a Platinum Member and benefit from a 40% discount.
Redeem loyalty points
Once you have your dive packages in your shopping cart, proceed through the order process step by step until you reach the "Complete Order" page. There you can select your payment method.
You can pay directly with PayPal or by credit card. These options may not appear until you confirm free shipping (Windows users).
On the right you can redeem vouchers or apply the loyalty rewards you have collected.
Click the "Use Reward" button to apply the discount. The reduced price will then be displayed.
If everything is correct, you can complete the order by paying.
